Job Description:

The Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, a leading law firm in New York, is currently seeking a highly skilled Nurse Paralegal with litigation experience. This role will primarily involve working with a team of four attorneys, managing calendars, document management, and providing support for discovery responses, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide support for a team of four attorneys
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Assist with document management, including review, creation, and organization
- Compile information for discovery responses, interrogatories, pleadings, motions, depositions, and trial preparation
- Work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Maintain a billable requirement of 1,600 hours per year

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate (may be required based on region, state, or client requirements)
- Minimum of three (3) years of litigation work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours

Salary Information:

- Minimum salary: USD $90, per year
- Maximum salary: USD $100, per year
