**Members Only**, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in End-User Computing Engineering for their New York office. This is a full-time position and the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in information technology, with 4 years in engineering and 3 years in a technical subject matter role.

Responsibilities:

- Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions to address business challenges
- Engineer and deploy technical solutions to production
- Transition systems to Hardware team by providing documentation and training
- Lead technical projects and sub projects
- Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant to other technical staff and groups
- Act as the top-level responsible party for escalated support, working with external vendors and consultants
- Efficiently triage and prioritize tasks, projects, and issues in a demanding environment

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or similar field
- Expert knowledge in designing, deploying, and administering Mobile Device Management systems
- Strong technical understanding of Apple iOS, iPadOS, and Android mobile devices
- Advanced hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager, Volume Purchase Program, and Device Enrollment Program
- Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, and certificate distribution
- Understanding of supporting technologies such as SAML, Kerberos, Modern Authentication, networking, wireless, and VPN
- Proven experience in large enterprise-scale environments
- Desire and ability to learn new technologies
- Focus on customer service and business-oriented thinking

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Compensation decisions within this range are based on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
