Litigation Paralegal Duties: Utilizing knowledge of complex litigation to assist attorneys with trial review and management of case files. Preparation of and responses to initial discovery, . interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, issuance of subpoenas and preparation of legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, factual chronologies, medical chronologies, agreements, deposition abstracts/summaries and/or trial binders for use by attorneys.
Qualifications Should have 3+ years of experience in any combination of general civil, business, product liability, construction and employment litigation, and E-Filing experience in both State and Federal Court. Strong communication and client service skills. Working knowledge of Relativity, internet software, Microsoft Office Suite programs, Adobe Acrobat Pro, LexisNexis, Pacer, Sanction, and TrialPad.
