Job Title: Research Resources & Access Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
The Research Resources & Access Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Research Resources team at a global law firm. This role involves managing the firm-wide use of digital resources with a focus on password management, cost recovery, usage statistics, subscription database support, resource and connectivity troubleshooting, and technical workflow operations for Research Services staff across all offices. Key responsibilities include:

- Fulfilling requests for database passwords in compliance with licensing restrictions and access methods.
- Maintaining accurate user lists for digital database and newsletter subscriptions using the firm's resource management systems.
- Performing system updates and credentialing related to the arrival and departure workflows of legal and professional staff.
- Collaborating with the Resources & Access and Acquisitions teams to maintain documentation and protocols for workflows.
- Assisting the Access Analyst with troubleshooting and testing of digital resources and systems.
- Supporting tasks related to cost recovery, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Assisting Resource Acquisition, Access, and Systems Analysts, managers, and directors in utilizing print and digital research resources.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
A Bachelor's degree is required for the position. Preferred candidates will have experience with online resources and/or information systems, or experience in a library setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook, is necessary, while experience with SharePoint is considered a plus. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, as well as knowledge of IP authentication and basic networking protocols. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of detail is essential. Experience with Integrated Library Systems, including OPACs, Resource Management applications, and familiarity with platforms like Innovative Interfaces and/or TRG Quest, is advantageous. A strong service orientation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are critical.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position varies by location:
- Chicago, IL: $69, - $110,
- Washington, DC: $72, - $115,
- Seattle, WA: $75, - $120,
- New York, San Francisco, CA, and Silicon Valley, CA: $78, - $125,

The base salary wage will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on factors such as prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. Final salary wages offered may be outside the specified range based on individual circumstances. Additionally, salary wages may be part of a total compensation package, which includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible employees may enroll in various benefit plans, including a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, business travel accident insurance plans, and health savings and flexible spending accounts.
