Job Title: Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager, eDiscovery Cyber Services, plays a crucial role within the Global eDiscovery Services Department at the law firm. This position is integral to supporting the firm's cybersecurity practice by managing eDiscovery processes for cyber incident response (CIR) matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with legal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute strategies for handling CIR matters, from initial identification and analysis to notification and reporting.
- Providing effective CIR solutions through complex modeling, statistical sampling protocols, and strategic application of technology.
- Coordinating with forensic vendors, legal teams, and clients to ensure secure assessment and transfer of exfiltrated data to the eDiscovery platform.
- Utilizing scripting techniques to validate and compare activity logs of compromised systems.
- Analyzing and documenting impact assessment results, classifying sensitive data categories, and consulting on high impact sources containing sensitive data.
- Defining workstreams for review and extraction of sensitive data in collaboration with legal teams and vendors.
- Supporting data normalization, entity deduplication, and notification and reporting workstreams.
- Performing customized reporting and generating entity-level and document-level review metrics using SQL queries.
- Preparing address validation matching queries for implementing data from address lookup vendors and clients' IT systems.
- Working with data analysts to identify anomalies and near duplications in entity notification lists by applying scripts to entity reports.
- Leveraging SQL and Excel techniques to respond to inquiries from legal teams, clients, and regulators.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of litigation support and eDiscovery experience is required.
- At least one year of experience in managing cyber incident response matters is required.
- Proficiency in VBA and advanced Excel (including pivot tables and complex formulas) is required.
- Experience with applying technology and data mining techniques to identify and classify sensitive data is preferred but not required.
- Relativity certification is preferred but not required.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to adhere closely to procedures and exercise good judgment in sensitive and stressful situations.
- Ability to train, manage, and delegate while maintaining an active role in driving and completing tasks.
- Willingness to provide after-hours and weekend support as necessary.
