Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will include independently managing a caseload, contacting insurance companies on car crash/premises liability/wrongful death cases, setting clients up with medical treatment, drafting correspondence to insurance companies, at-fault parties, medical providers, police departments, and other various entities, ordering and organizing medical records/bills, etc. This role will also include assisting with incoming phone calls, new client intake, and various projects that may be assigned. Should have 1-year experience in a law firm is preferred.
