Job Title: Legal Nurse Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Nurse Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group at the law firm. They will work closely with attorneys on the litigation team to ensure the efficient handling of case files and related documents. Responsibilities include:

- Establishing, organizing, and maintaining case files, medical records, pleadings, attorney notebooks, expert witness notebooks, and document indices and lists.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing case files, medical records, and other pertinent documents to prepare matter evaluations and status reports.
- Arranging expert witness inspections and obtaining necessary approvals from counsel of record and specified parties.
- Performing medical research using all available resources.
- Verifying citations and references in written and computer-generated materials for accuracy.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Legal Nurse Consultant position are expected to have:

- A with over 5 years of clinical experience.
- Prior experience as a legal nurse consultant, with knowledge of legal principles and practices, typically acquired through formal paralegal training or its equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to review materials and analyze them for accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work overtime if needed.

Pay Transparency Range:
The anticipated full-time annualized salary range for the Legal Nurse Consultant position is $115,000 to $150,000. The final salary offer will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other legally permissible job-related factors.
