Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a leading global law firm, is seeking two Litigation Paralegals to join their national team of attorneys and paralegals. This position offers a flexible, hybrid in-office/remote working arrangement, with the ability to work 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of asbestos cases, including the discovery process, tracking important dates and deadlines, and trial preparation
- Maintain databases and organize case-related information
- Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Adaptable to change and able to work under strict deadlines
- Self-motivated with excellent time-management and teamwork skills
- Committed to providing excellent client service and interacting effectively with clients and staff at all levels
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Prior paralegal experience in a litigation environment preferred
