Job Responsibilities:
The attorney will be responsible for assisting in the defense of medical malpractice cases at the law firm's Westchester office. The primary focus will be on defending complex medical malpractice claims and catastrophic injury cases. The attorney will work within a team that handles traditional medical malpractice cases, and there will be opportunities to develop legal skills through both formal mentoring programs and informal training. The role also encourages attorneys to advance within the firm while supporting the development of their colleagues.
Education and Experience:
Candidates should possess five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in the legal field, specifically in defending medical malpractice cases. An interest in complex medical malpractice claims and catastrophic injury cases is essential. Salary Information:
The compensation range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000 per year. This range is based on several legitimate, non-discriminatory factors set by the law firm.
