As an IP Docketing Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our docketing database and providing support to various teams within our Intellectual Property Practice Group. Your responsibilities will include assisting with system updates and upgrades, creating and maintaining user accounts, generating reports, and managing deadlines for patent and trademark filings. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team meetings and provide back-up support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with docketing databases. A thorough understanding of domestic and foreign patent and trademark prosecution is essential, as well as familiarity with various patent and trademark offices. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset are also required.
