**Job Title: Bilingual Intake Specialist**

**Job Responsibilities:**

The Bilingual Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in the initial interaction between the law firm and potential clients. This position involves managing the full intake process from the first contact through to the signing of the Firm Representation Agreement. Key responsibilities include:

- Answering inbound calls from potential clients.
- Educating potential clients about the firm's capabilities to maximize financial recovery from injuries.
- Collaborating with attorneys and other team members to determine case eligibility.
- Following up with potential clients to address any questions or concerns during the intake process.
- Coordinating with investigators and attorneys for in-home client visits and initial consultations when necessary.
- Working closely with other intake team members to balance workload and contribute to the team's success.
- Actively contributing to the team's achievement of weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality.
- Managing multiple calendars and referral databases.
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish.

**Education and Experience Information:**

- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary.
- While one year of previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, it is not required.

**Salary Information:**

- The position offers a competitive base salary, with the potential to earn up to $6,000 in monthly bonuses.
