Job Title: Legal Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a strategic part of a defense litigation team committed to providing excellent representation to clients.
- Participate in case work up, including case strategy, discovery, records review, and client and witness interviews with a particular emphasis on e-discovery.
- Be involved in all facets of electronic discovery and document production.
- Utilize and implement analytics and predictive coding tools across multiple platforms.
- Design and implement privilege log review and redaction review workflows, including the use of automated redaction tools.
- Create document review processes and procedures.
- Draft, edit, and revise witness summaries and witness kits to prepare the litigation team for depositions.
- Demonstrate excellent writing abilities.
Education and Experience Information:
- A license to practice law in Texas or Florida is required.
