Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily execution of the department's business and operational functions in conjunction with the Department Chair.

- Review and approve routine client and matter intake, conflicts issues, and billing rate exceptions.

- Facilitate department meetings, projects, and events and serve as a hub for communications between the chair and department members.
- Coordinate with the chair's practice assistant and assist in managing the chair's calendar and travel.
