Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal/1031 Exchange Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage documents related to 1031 exchange transactions.
- Manage high volume transactions with the ability to multi-task efficiently.
- Handle heavy calendar management, tracking critical dates, and following up accordingly.
- Assist with customer service and administrative duties.
- Manage escrow accounts effectively.
- Communicate with clients, their representatives, and other parties involved in transactions via phone, email, and in writing to collect and provide information, prepare and send documents, and ensure proper execution of documents.
- Maintain exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Oversee the proper execution of documents and collection of outstanding documents.
- Maintain client files, account statements, and provide administrative support.
- Develop proficiency in 1031 rules and the ability to answer customer questions.

Education and Experience Information:
- Language Fluency: English (Required).
- Understanding of IRC Section 1031 Exchanges is valuable.
- Prior experience in escrow, title, real estate, or financial services is strongly considered.
- Willingness to train candidates with an interest in real estate, tax, or law.
- Proficiency in using Word and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- High level of customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in real estate: 1 year (Preferred).
- Paralegal experience: 1 year (Required).
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
