Experience Information:
- 8+ years of experience in a specific practice group
- Book of business in one of the following areas: Business Litigation, Corporate Law, Banking, Family Law, Estate Planning, or Real Estate

Responsibilities:
- Finding and recruiting lateral attorneys for the firm
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters
- Conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Collaborating with department heads to determine hiring needs
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Building and maintaining relationships with law schools and legal organizations
- Assisting with onboarding and integration of new attorneys
- Providing support and guidance to attorneys throughout their careers at the firm
- Assisting with performance evaluations and career development plans
- Working with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota
- 8+ years of experience in a specific practice group
- Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring lateral attorneys
- Strong understanding of the legal market and trends in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with attorneys at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
