Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and respond to requests through the NY facilities inbox to confirm and complete work orders and handle office services and facilities-related inquiries.
- Diagnose and report maintenance issues and repairs to the Office Services and Facilities Manager by collecting information and making inquiries.
- Receive and distribute deliveries of facilities and office services supplies and equipment, maintain and organize storage areas, and record inventory as needed.
- Complete scheduled physical office moves.
- Assist with the set-up and breakdown of offices, workstations, office furniture, and office supplies.
- Aid in security access confirmations, restroom maintenance, and conference room supply restocking.
- Configure conference rooms and lounges, and move and store tables, chairs, and equipment as needed.
- Utilize the conference room booking system to prepare daily schedules of room configurations and equipment requests, and communicate the schedule to team members.
- Maintain and organize office and mailing supplies in satellite copy/print areas according to provided standards.
- Complete daily recurring maintenance tasks in office and conference rooms as directed.
- Use hand tools and power drill/driver to hang and mount pictures, and repair hardware and furniture as needed.
- Escort service vendors during planned maintenance and supply restock.
- Solve straightforward problems under existing procedures with limited discretion.
- Deliver results by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
- Participate as a team member on various special projects as requested.
- Maintain regular communication with personnel at all levels.

Education and Experience Information:
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: facilities, repairs and maintenance, home services, construction trades.
- OSHA or IFMA certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of job-related experience required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods without sitting and lift a minimum of 40 pounds, as well as push and pull carts and bend without restriction.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to use discretion when interacting with team, staff, and vendors.
- Capability to follow instructions and communicate with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed for adequate coverage and periodically alter schedule to meet department needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn job-related software and programs as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures and take measurements.

Salary Information:
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,500.
- The actual base salary offered may depend on factors such as the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location from which the applicant will be performing the job.
- A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance.
- Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and the discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
