Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents. Communication with clients. Compilation and review of discovery documents. Scheduling and calendar management. Preferred education and/or work experience requirements. Should have 3 years of paralegal experience. Previous experience as a family law paralegal preferred. FRP/CP certification OR - two-year degree in the relevant area. Should have excellent organization skills; the ability to operate independently (not in a dictation position). Should preferably have High school or equivalent. Should preferably have Certified Paralegal. Should preferably have Florida Registered Paralegal.
