Paralegal The candidate will join Enforcement Law firm. Will be responsible for: Law and motion experience (drafting pleadings, including declarations & discovery). Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information electronically. Ability to work well with a wide variety of personalities, on the phone and in person, including court clerks, sheriff's offices and clients. Ability to work independently or in a team environment, supporting multiple team members. Filing pleadings, including e-filing, in both in state and federal courts. Post Judgment Experience is a plus. ABA Certified Paralegal desired. Typing 70 wpm minimum preferred. Excellent proofreading and communication skills a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe programs.
