Job Description:
- Seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Firm-supported software and hardware.
- Reporting to the Senior Manager of Help Desk Services.
- Full-time position covering the overnight shift from Friday to Monday, 9:30pm to 9:30am ET.
- May require periodic physical presence in **Members Only**’s offices as business needs require.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level technical support and guidance to users of the Firm’s computer, network, and telephone systems.
- Generate incident and service request tickets, dispatching appropriate IT personnel as needed.
- Follow up to ensure the prompt resolution of technical issues and requests.
- Provide phone support to all Firm personnel for Firm-supported software and hardware.
- Maintain and expand strong working knowledge of current and future Firm-supported technologies.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Firm’s IT knowledge base.
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in an Information Technology Help Desk role.
- Knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures.
- Experience supporting legal industry specific applications such as Document Management System, lnnova, DTE Axiom, WestLaw Drafting Assistant, and more.
- Experience using IT Service Management systems in a heavy call volume environment.
- Experience with ACD systems and performance metrics.
- Solid hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software including Windows 10, MAC OS X, Active Directory, and more.
- Certifications in A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MOS, and Help Desk are a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operation is a plus.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with end users, peers, and management.
Salary Information:
- Anticipated compensation range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000.
- Actual salary offered will be based on factors such as qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and location.
Job Requirements:
