Job Responsibilities:
The Corporate Paralegal at Company will play a significant role in supporting various legal functions within the company. The responsibilities include:
- Coordinating closely with and reporting directly to the General Counsel to support all legal department needs.

- Maintaining and organizing corporate governance records, which include board resolutions, consents, and subsidiary management.

- Managing contract and entity databases to ensure legal records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinating signatures, managing version control, and ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting in developing and improving legal processes, playbooks, and templates.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Corporate Paralegal position at Company are required to have:
