Real Estate Finance Paralegal The candidate will assist with due diligence and closing of real estate finance deals. Extensive experience with review of title commitments and ALTA surveys. Draft and review loan document items. Knowledge of perfecting security interests through UCC filings. Written communication with outside parties including lender, borrower's counsel, title companies and surveyors, etc. Responsible for managing closing process with internal and external parties to ensure timely closing and preparation of closing packages. Responsible for post-closing delivery processes. Should have an experienced transactional paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of real estate finance experience to support the firm's Real Estate Finance Group. High School diploma or equivalent, . degree preferred. Should have excellent analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgment; ability to organize and prioritize projects; complete multiple tasks on schedule; ability to work productively under minimal supervision, with both initiative and accuracy. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office.
