Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be interviewing clients in person or over the phone, obtaining documents from clients, keeping clients up to date on the progress of their case. Researching and preparing forms, analyzing case documents, and preparing immigration petitions and applications for filing with the appropriate government agency. Interacting with government offices to move cases forward. Copy, scan, email/mail papers/documents. Associate s, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent degree is required. Should preferably have 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Portuguese skills are required. Spanish skills are preferred.
