The Unemployment Hearing Representative at **Members Only** is responsible for providing representation for employer clients during unemployment compensation hearings. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyze case information and communicate with client witnesses. The Hearing Representative must also be knowledgeable about state-specific laws and statutes regarding UI benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Analyzing individual case information and reviewing data
- Preparing clients and their witnesses for unemployment compensation appeal hearings
- Advocating for clients during hearings
- Documenting all communication with client witnesses

Experience needed:

- Minimum of 2 years of unemployment or administrative hearings experience
- Ability to represent clients in hearings via phone or in-person
- Knowledge of state regulations, departmental procedures, and internal systems
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Attorney or ., legal education, or paralegal certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience with G Suite
