Job Title: Associate Attorney - Employment Litigation

Job Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions and class certification
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality pleadings and briefs
- Manage discovery, including depositions and written discovery
- Collaborate on litigation strategy and client communication
- Gain direct exposure to all stages of litigation, including trial preparation

Education and Experience Information:
- (or awaiting admission)
- 1–5 years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge or interest in California employment law
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and eager to take initiative
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

Salary Information:
- $60,000 to $600,000 Yearly
- Paid Time Off
- Full-Time
