Job Title: Growth Lead (Head of SEM)

Job Responsibilities:

The Growth Lead at the law firm is tasked with expanding the number of clients served, which is both a challenging and rewarding endeavor due to the competitive and regulated nature of the legal marketing space. The role involves a blend of traditional marketing and acquisition strategies alongside responsibilities unique to a rapidly scaling tech company. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies to enhance client acquisition as the company scales from Series B towards market dominance.
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing new marketing campaigns on paid search channels.
- Driving new channel expansion and fostering data-driven innovation through continuous performance measurement tests.
- Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to tailor the client product experience to the unique needs of the audience, including designing and building landing pages for paid search audiences.
- Partnering with the content team to drive the development of paid search ads.
- Leveraging contractors or agencies as necessary to supplement internal capabilities.

Education and Experience Information:

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience at a leading digital advertising agency post-college graduation, with demonstrated advancement due to stellar performance.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics platforms and data visualization software.
- An ambitious self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy strategic challenges.
- A kind and thoughtful colleague with the ability to shape a positive team culture, analyze data thoughtfully, and communicate insights effectively.
- A demonstrated commitment to doing good and helping people.

Bonus/Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

- Experience using Looker, SQL, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google and Bing Ads, with a track record of improving paid media campaigns.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms and designing and producing digital ads.

Salary Information:

The law firm offers a competitive compensation package for the Growth Lead role, which includes:

- A base salary range anticipated to be between $130,000 to $155,000, in addition to equity and benefits. The exact salary offered will depend on various factors such as the candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity considerations.
- Generous benefits package including medical and dental insurance with 100% of employee premiums covered.
- 15 vacation days and approximately 19 paid holidays each year, including two weeks at the end of the year.

- $600/year reimbursable stipend for internet service.
- $1,000 reimbursable stipend for education and training outside of work.
