Job Title: Receptionist Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist Administrative Assistant at the law firm include answering phone calls on behalf of the firm, inputting contact and case information for potential clients into the system, and forwarding this information to the attorneys and the Director of Operations. The candidate must ensure that these leads receive proper follow-up by the staff and attorneys at the firm. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Partners and the Director of Operations in developing and executing the firm's marketing program. This includes creating reports on marketing performance and preparing and sending the monthly firm newsletter.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires at least a high school diploma. Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a service-related education or professional setting. An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, service, or a related field is considered a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, is required.
Salary Information:
The proposed salary for the Receptionist Administrative Assistant position at the law firm ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
