The Law Firm of Rose Law Group is currently seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to join our dynamic team. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a law firm setting, and be proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Responsibilities:
• Greet and announce visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Answer multi-line phone and provide answers to general inquiries.
• Schedule consultation meetings and process payments.
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files.
• Operate general office equipment such as printer, copier, and scanner.
• Lift delivered packages as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Professional appearance.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Accurate typing skills.
• Ability to lift boxes as needed.
