Job Title: Experienced Plaintiff Trial Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in significant first chair plaintiff personal injury trials.
- Conduct extensive depositions, including those involving corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts.
- Develop high-value personal injury cases with $1M or more in insurance coverage.
- Work collaboratively with a group of experienced litigators to consult and collaborate on the firm's largest cases.
- Participate in trial teams on major cases within the law firm.
- Utilize a state-of-the-art case management system and built-in infrastructure of trained staff and top-notch resources to achieve successful case outcomes.
- Align case development with the law firm’s procedures and standards.

Education and Experience Information:
- Significant first chair plaintiff personal injury trial experience is required.
- Extensive deposition experience is essential, particularly involving corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts.

Salary Information:
- Annual salary up to $200,000 based on experience.
- Guaranteed commission after achieving performance goals.
