Job Title: Litigation Intake Associate Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney is responsible for delivering exceptional client service while adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession. Key duties include:
- Signing up new clients and managing the development of assigned legal matters.
- Analyzing legal issues unique to each case.
- Reviewing demands and negotiating on behalf of clients.
- Initiating litigation processes and resolving matters.
- Managing the disbursement of client funds.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree; must be licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing.
- 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record.
- Bilingual skills are preferred, with Spanish being a plus.
Salary Information:
The position offers an annual salary of $100,000, plus a guaranteed commission under the Every Case Counts Plan, which allows earning a commission on all attorneys' fees collected. Additionally, there is a $10,000 first-year retention bonus.
