Key Responsibilities:

- Manage personal injury case files from start to finish
- Evaluate potential claims and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Maintain case files and update status in the system
- Assist with other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Law School Degree
- Bar License in the state of Texas
- 2-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses:

- Bar License in the state of Texas

Work Schedule:

- 100% on-site (potential for hybrid schedule after 6 months)
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
