Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be educating clients on Personal Injury and the Litigation Process. Drafting initial litigation petitions, motions, etc. on Personal Injury Cases. Proactively working with a process server to ensure defendants are served. Drafting discovery. Scheduling and maintaining accurate calendaring for all docket control orders, depositions, and mediations. Preparing for Trial. Must have 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal for a Personal Injury Law Firm. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
