Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, corresponding with attorneys and court personnel, and handling all aspects of assigned cases. They will also be expected to appear promptly in court and ensure the accuracy of all documents prepared.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a . degree and a Nebraska license. While family law experience is preferred, it is not required. Senior Associate positions are also available for attorneys with five or more years of litigation experience.
