Law Firm Seeking Experienced Family Law Associate Attorney

Join the dynamic team at KoenigDunne, PC, LLO as an associate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of family law experience. This is a highly rewarding and challenging position, with a competitive salary of $140,000 per year (depending on experience), along with a sign-on bonus for an active case load and annual bonus opportunities.

At KoenigDunne, PC, LLO, we understand the importance of work-life balance and offer hybrid remote working opportunities in addition to office hours of 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Our office is located at 1266 S 13 Street, Omaha, Nebraska, but we also offer the flexibility to work remotely for a better work-life balance.

Generous Benefits Package

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental and vision insurance (100% firm paid), life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) with a 4% employer contribution. In addition, we provide 3+ weeks of PTO (to start) and an additional 2 weeks of paid time off during the last 2 weeks of each year.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling a caseload of family law matters with a focus on providing exceptional client service
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Attending court hearings and trials
- Negotiating settlements and mediating disputes
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clients

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Nebraska
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage a high volume of cases
