Job Responsibilities
The Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the global engineering and design teams by negotiating and managing design contracts. Key responsibilities include:
- Negotiating and drafting design and vendor agreements.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as required.
- Acting as a resource and advisor to teams.
- Establishing and maintaining scalable contracting processes and templates.
- Assisting with corporate initiatives, including litigation and employment matters.
- Serving as the liaison between various teams and leadership to ensure all contracts meet legal and company standards.
Education and Experience Information

- 1-4 years of legal experience, primarily focused on design/engineering contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are essential.
Salary Information
The compensation for this position generally ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law and is based on what a successful New York applicant might be paid. The actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by New York Equal Pay Transparency Law, and will be based on factors such as operational needs, individual education, qualifications and experience, work location, and comparison to employees already in the role. Additionally, a potential new employee’s pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
