Job Responsibilities:
The Office Services Assistant is responsible for utilizing general office skills to assist in maintaining the functionality of the mail processing department. Key duties include:

- Processing and delivering incoming and outgoing daily mail.
- Scanning and uploading documents into case management systems.
- Keeping the mail room neat and organized.
- Assisting other Office Services staff members when needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Lifting items weighing 30+ lbs.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma is required.
- No prior experience is necessary for this position.
