Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be assisting multiple attorneys in all phases of case preparation, including investigation, discovery, mediation/arbitration, and trial. Compiling, organizing, analyzing, and summarizing case information. Drafting legal documents. Performing legal research and analyzing case issues. Scheduling experts and witnesses. Remaining current on changes in the law, legal procedures, internal procedures, and technical expertise. Should have a four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; paralegal certificate from ABA approved program strongly preferred. Must have 3+ years of meaningful experience in the area of civil litigation; prior experience with personal injury litigation is strongly preferred. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office. Well-developed communication skills with clients, other counsel, experts, witnesses, court personnel, and agencies. Must have excellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks. Must have strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
