Legal Secretary - Trusts and Estates The candidate will be responsible for high-level, time-sensitive work that requires strong project management skills in a high-volume, busy practice. Will have significant client contact.
The candidate should preferably have a High school diploma and 5+ years of administrative experience. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred. Experience managing estate and trust administration, including irrevocable trusts, is a plus. Excellent customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude are essential. Must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the acumen to learn new software programs quickly.
