About the Role:

As a Litigation Paralegal at Hagens Berman, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation. Some of your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, organizing exhibits and witness materials, and coordinating trial logistics. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients and class members, gather and convey information, and assist with discovery requests and responses.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. You should have a strong understanding of complex legal concepts, knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures, and experience with e-filing systems. Proficiency in legal research using LexisNexis or Westlaw, as well as advanced functions of Microsoft Office and other litigation support applications, is also required. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $26-$44 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, full-time employees become eligible for several benefits on the first of the month following hire, including medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, AD&D, EAP, 401K, LTD, and STD. We also provide a voluntary FSA, and transit and parking benefits.
