Job Title: Office Wrangler
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front-office contact for the law firm, welcoming clients and visitors.
- Field phone calls and manage communication effectively, ensuring a positive experience for callers.
- Undertake receptionist duties, including managing appointments and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Perform secretarial tasks such as document preparation and filing.
- Assume office management responsibilities, which may include ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and coordinating office activities.
- Exhibit flexibility in managing time and tasks, as the role requires adapting to varying demands.
- Work collaboratively with other team members while also being able to perform tasks independently.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organized for clients and staff.
Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary.
Salary Information:
- The starting pay for the Office Wrangler role is between $18 to $20 per hour.
Additional Information:
- The position is full-time and on-site, located in Birmingham, AL.
- Working hours are semi-flexible, with the office closing at 4 PM from Monday to Thursday and sometimes earlier on Friday.
