Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will manage the commercial loan process from inception to post-closing. Prepare first drafts of ancillary commercial real estate loan documents. Draft/review corporate documents including operating agreements, incumbency certificates, member consents, and LLC certificates. Review, comment, and clear title report; review title exceptions and survey matters; interface with title companies and surveyors. Review commercial leases and prepare abstracts of the same. Assist with drafting contracts, leases, and amendments. Should have a high level of independence and multitasking capabilities. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; exceptional organizational and prioritizing skills; strong communication and writing skills for client contact.
