Job Title: Conflict Resolution Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold standards of quality, consistency, accuracy, thoroughness, and customer service as defined by the department.
- Identify, evaluate, and facilitate resolution of potential conflicts through the review of reports, waivers, engagement letters, etc., to resolve any legal, ethical, and business conflicts.
- Report to the Intake/Conflicts Manager and collaborate closely with the Director of Conflicts Attorneys, Office of General Counsel, firm attorneys, other Conflicts Analysts, and members of the New Business Intake and Conflicts Departments.
- Resolve, identify, analyze, and evaluate conflicts results, highlight critical issues, and communicate directly with firm partners.
- Conduct research on new intake requests against the firm's conflicts database and other resources.
- Verify that all conflicts reports are complete, consistent, accurate, and adhere to established standards and procedures for all conflicts of interest searches performed firm-wide.
- Communicate, follow-up, and escalate conflict issues to the Director of Conflicts Attorneys, Office of General Counsel, Partners, Intake/Conflicts Manager, and other firm personnel as necessary.
- Assist the department with a wide range of research and other requests as may be assigned.
- Assist in the training and development of other Conflicts Analysts and/or Conflicts Clerks.
- Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements to provide optimum customer service and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other analysts and team members to meet deadlines, time-sensitive issues, and other challenges.
- Serve as a resource to the firm's attorneys and staff regarding ethics, compliance, and other risk management issues.
Education and Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Conflicts Analyst in a large firm.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems preferred.
- Familiarity with Intapp, CMS/Aderant, Dun & Bradstreet, and Hoovers is a plus.

Salary Information:
- The annual compensation range for this position is $100,000-$105,000.
- The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
