Overview:
Clark Hill, an AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate Business Unit Director for their Litigation Business Unit. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $140,000 annually and the opportunity to work in one of five locations: Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Philadelphia, or Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in business management or law, preferably in Finance, HR, or Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial planning and reporting, including expense management, bill rates, and billable hours
- Participate in business development and marketing projects
- Talent acquisition and development, including interviews, onboarding and offboarding documentation, and new hire integration
- Ensure operational effectiveness through creating and monitoring dashboards, implementing the firm's compensation model, and planning periodic BU meetings
- Maintain compliance with organizational standards and processes, including reviewing client/matter intake forms and ensuring client payments
- Support process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in business management or law
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Emotional intelligence and effective decision-making skills
- Analytical skills
