Job Title: Conflicts Support Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

As a Conflicts Support Coordinator at the law firm, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities to support the New Business & Conflicts (NB&C) department. These responsibilities include:

- Communication Channels: Monitoring the NB&C email inbox and managing the flow of communication between the department and firm personnel who request conflict checks and new matter inquiries.
- Data Management: Maintaining important client engagement-related documents such as engagement letters, riders, clearance emails, and waivers in the appropriate firm systems.
- Workflow Management: Facilitating the processing of new business conflicts and matter requests, along with engagement and waiver letters. This involves filing letters, attaching relevant documents to forms, adding responses or additional conflict or matter-related information, and submitting these back to the request queue. Additionally, you will respond to status inquiries and manage client and matter exemptions.
- Innovation: You will be expected to seek ways to streamline processes and procedures, identify new and expanded uses for existing technologies, and contribute to the firm's environment of innovation.

California Major Markets include San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Santa Monica. All other California locations fall within the National range. The level of pay within these ranges will depend on various job-related factors such as qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, and geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, determined by the firm's and individual performance.
