This Associate Attorney role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned commercial litigation attorneys and represent a distinguished portfolio of corporate clients, including Fortune 100 companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as Westlaw to support litigation and advisory matters.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and briefs with accuracy and strategic insight.
- Collaborate with partners to develop case strategies and participate in client meetings and communications.
- Manage and maintain organized case files and documentation to support efficient litigation and transactional processes.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active admission to the Florida Bar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in a law firm environment is preferred.
- Proficient in legal research and writing, with significant experience using Westlaw.
- Demonstrated skill in drafting clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess complex legal issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
