Job Title: Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions, and providing coverage recommendations for clients.
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
- Draft interrogatories and document demands.
- Review documents in preparation for litigation.
- Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
Education and Experience:
- Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
- Requires 2 years of litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials, such as Law Review and/or Honors, are preferred.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills are essential.
Salary Information:
The salary range for the Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney position is $110,000 to $125,000. This range considers various factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range, as compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
