Job Title:
Paralegal - Litigation (Personal Injury)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- File court documents and respond to discovery requests
- Maintain case files, track important deadlines, and coordinate with clients, courts, and other parties
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of three years of experience in Personal Injury Litigation required
- Independent and capable self-starter who can effectively manage a case load
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone skills
- Must have strong computer skills
