Job Title: Contact Us Representative/Collections and Compliance

Job Responsibilities:

The Contact Us Representative is responsible for engaging directly with consumers, attorneys, and authorized parties through the law firm's Contact Us website. The primary duties include:

- Monitoring several email boxes daily, including:
- Contact Us email box
- Power of Attorney (POA) email box
- Pleadings email box
- Settlements email box
- Responding accurately and promptly to emails from consumers and attorneys.
- Documenting communications accurately in the law firm's system of record (CLS).
- Providing sent and received emails to designated law firm staff as needed.
- Exercising discretion and independent judgment in handling communications.
- Resolving files and maximizing collection opportunities effectively.

Education and Experience Information:

- A high school diploma is required.
- Above average computer skills are necessary.
- College education is considered a plus.
- Candidates must have three or more years of experience in fields such as call center quality assurance or operations, collections, customer service, banking, or other business-related areas.

Minimal Job Qualifications and Requirements:

- Collections experience is beneficial.
- Expert knowledge of all applicable Federal and State collection laws is essential.
- Ability to type accurately at a speed of 40 words per minute.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are mandatory.
- Above average spelling and grammar proficiency.
- Ability to read and comprehend written communications from consumers and attorneys.
- Demonstrated ability to think independently and exercise good judgment.
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of the law firm and client policies and procedures to ensure proper file documentation.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to navigate multiple systems effectively.
