Job Title: Legal Case Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage case files from initiation through resolution, ensuring all documentation is complete and organized.
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, providing updates on case progress and addressing any inquiries.
- Collaborate with attorney to prepare for meeting of creditors, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
- Utilize document management systems to maintain accurate records and streamline case workflows.
- Monitor deadlines for filings and court appearances, ensuring timely submissions.
- Provide administrative support as required, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Education and Experience Information:
- Knowledge of law principles, particularly in bankruptcy law is preferred.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and understanding of bankruptcy law is preferred but not required.
- Experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with document management systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Strong phone etiquette to effectively communicate with clients, trustees, other attorneys, and court staff.
- Excellent administrative skills, including attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also being self-motivated.
- Strong analytical skills to assess case details and contribute to overall strategies.
- Languages: Spanish knowledge is beneficial.

Salary Information:
- Pay: per hour
- Job Type: Part-time
- Expected hours: 12 per week
