Withum is seeking a Tech & Emerging Growth Tax Senior Manager in New York City or any of our NJ offices, with a base salary ranging from $155,000 - $215,000. This individual will be responsible for achieving growth goals in revenue and team headcount, building relationships with clients, and providing thought leadership in the technology market. - Work with a brilliant team of tax specialists
- Take a lead role on all tax engagements
- Supervise and mentor staff
- Be a part of a culture focused on teamwork and client service excellence
- Promote personal and professional growth for team members, clients, and communities
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- CPA, JD, LLM or MST required
- 8+ years of professional services experience required
- Extensive experience with C-Corp Form 1120 tax filing entities and ASC 740 tax provisions
- Industry knowledge within the Technology/Startup and Emerging Growth sector a plus
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and process creation
- Outstanding multitasking, communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
- Tangible and demonstrated experience in formal sales process deployment, use, and training
- Ability to adhere to an environment of accountability and responsibility
- Creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail and outstanding relationship management skills
- Solution-oriented mindset
