Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations

Job Responsibilities:

The Sr. Project Manager Marketing Operations at the law firm will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational excellence, collaboration, and transparency of the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team. The role involves orchestrating and executing strategic and interdepartmental projects that align with the firm's strategic priorities for growth and brand enhancement. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing MBD workstreams related to the design, implementation, and launch of the firm's Next-Gen CRM system. This project aims to transform business development and marketing at the law firm, enabling significant changes and capability enhancements over the next five years. The role requires thoughtful design and change management planning.
- Facilitating the MBD team’s realignment to support the firm strategy by ensuring smooth, efficient, and coordinated processes. This includes developing detailed reorganization plans, outlining steps, timelines, and resources needed, and ensuring transparent communication and collaboration among team leaders.
- Assisting in MBD AI optimization projects from project planning through execution and tracking success. This involves developing project plans, ensuring collaboration and engagement, and tracking project progress to ensure desired outcomes.
- Facilitating ongoing operational change and improvement projects, focusing on optimizing opportunities to streamline processes, reduce redundancies, and align objectives leveraging people, process, and technology.
- Continuously improving the MBD team's knowledge management approach, maintaining resources and shared team libraries to centralize core information, foster consistency, and enhance learning and development and team onboarding.
- Assisting with the budgeting process, both in strategic planning stages and managing departmental budget needs throughout the year.
- Supporting project management related to content development and strategy for firm conferences and events.
- Managing other key projects and resources, including defining business and/or system requirements, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing and reporting ROI, creating and driving change management and communication strategies, and maintaining project documentation.

Education and Experience Information:

Minimum Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Preferred Education:

- Master's Degree.

Minimum Years of Experience:

- 8 years of project management experience, ideally in a professional services environment with Marketing and Business Development experience.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Co-Pilot, AI, and familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline tracking tools.

Salary Information:

The expected hiring range for this position is $133,625 - $202,352 per year, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered will also depend on factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. The position offers a comprehensive package of benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).

Additional Information:

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement that includes both remote and in-office work, determined in coordination with the hiring manager and subject to future modifications at the law firm’s discretion. The position requires effective communication with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties, producing deliverables efficiently, meeting deadlines, and fostering positive work relationships. The role involves both sedentary and physical activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings.
